show desktop unity launcher icon removes all open applications from launcher

I expected to be able to view the desktop, and continue my work flow.

Instead, I had to fight with the Desktop Environment to show my applications again by clicking the show desktop button 2 or 3 times.

 The Unity 'Show Desktop' launcher icon through the Ubuntu Unity Plugin, under the experemental tab in ccsm. Once this launcher icon is pressed, all open windows are faded away. But, once you click a open application before clicking 'show desktop' again to restore all open windows, the launcher icon will disapear, (or if its locked to the launcher, show that the application is closed.)

 Although the applications are still open, you can't get the windows back without prressing the 'show desktop' button 1 or 2 times.

This issue cannot be reproduced, could you attach a screencase? Also this feature is not yet complete and has many other bugs so marking this as a dupe of bug #681348
