Bug Description

I have a PHP website application which is running fine under Windows.
However, one specific SELECT statement refuses to give result:

value Resource id #20
Rows 0.

When changing the WHERE forcing to give all the values and then looping (while row...) and testing if my key==was found does'nt work as well.

Any idea what is happening?
