I must uncheck "work offline" every time I dial-up a connectiion. It is on the launchpad as bug 191889

Bug Description
When I connect with my DSL modem and router, the browser automatically connects to the network.
When I use "gnome-ppp" to connect with my dial up modem, a (US Robotics #5637) The firefox
browser requires that I go to the
File pulldown menu and uncheck the"work offline"box.
