In the "GNU Mailman - List Administration Manual Release 2.1", under:

2 The List Configuration Pages
  + 2.1 The General Options Category
    + 2.1.1 General list personality
      + real_name

"The real name can differ from the posting name by case only. For example, if the posting name is mylist, the real name can be Posting."

Suggest:

The real name can differ from the posting name by case only. For example, if the posting name is mylist, the real name can be MyList.

Thanks for your report. This is now fixed in the source file at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mailman-administrivia/mailman-administrivia/admin/view/head:/doc/mailman-admin.tex. The manuals will be updated and pushed to www.list.org and mirrors soon, and will be in the 2.1.15 release.
