Titles not available to borrow in Open Library

Hi Ginger,

We’ve run into another issue. Certain titles, when we click on the eBook link under “Borrow,” bring up a page saying “This title is not available to borrow.” An example is “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.”

I was under the impression that the 100,000 or so MARC records available on your site were *all* available to borrow. Is this not the case? Or is this simply an unclear message that someone else has the title out?

If not all of these titles are available to borrow, is there a way I can differentiate between those that are and those that are not? Having MARC records in our system for items that patrons cannot use just leads to confusion and annoyance on the part of our patrons.

The World Treasury of Modern Religious Thought

I haven’t heard back regarding any of the earlier titles I’ve reported – you had indicated that you would fix these if we came across them, but the very first one I reported is still unavailable. Can you let me know the status of this?
