The nautilus menu is not being returned to nautilus window when browsing nautilus as root

Bug Description

Previously when using a root nautilus browser the global menu would be disabled & nautilus's menu would return to the nautilus window.
This no longer happens & no menu is available in a root browser.

Before people say it doesn't need fixing "as using nautilus as root is stupid", this affects ANY program with a GUI that is ran as root. This includes GParted, gedit etc.

What is the point of using sudo nautilus if it cannot be set to show hidden files because the menu is not available. Normal nautilus is now able to do something that nautilus as root cannot do.

Fixed in a new install with 01/28 image, as far as updated installs fixed with upgrade of libgtk-3-0;libgail-3-0

Thanks Doug added gtk+3.0 packages all is well with running nautilus now.
