invoice - must not validate before save

it must not be possible to validate an invoice before it is saved and compute tax is done

to reproduce
create an invoice , add a line and click "validate"

IMHO the buttons should not be available in this (pre save) state

That's got nothing to do with the web client, moving to addons.

But When action is fire then it is saving the record. It's not bug.
