old selfcheck interface broken in 2.1.1 when printing

We should probably deprecate (if we haven't already) and remove this interface in favor of the new one, but currently when you go to print a receipt with it it trips over the org address object (we get the raw data, but not the fieldmapper trappings--the methods).

Given the age of this bug and the fact that we are using the new selfcheck interface primarily now, I'm marking this bug as "won't fix"
