Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
In the past, the default home page was (correctly) the one provided by ubuntu-artwork. Now, when Firefox is first started, there are two tabs displayed. One of them is the Firefox welcome page, which is focused, and the second is the Ubuntu start page, which is in an unfocused tab.
We ship a custom home page in order to provide the most relevant information to users who are just starting to use the system, and it should be displayed when the user first starts the browser.
