Please sync vobcopy 1.2.0-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No change rebuild to build with latest libdvdread. (LP: #330684)
  * Add mode argument to open calls with O_CREAT to fix build failure under
    -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2.

Package builds fine now, change seems to be no more needed.
