Ok. This 5 min later I figure out the problem.... ( at least for me )

    open gedit as root: gksu gedit.
    go and open:: /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf.
    at this line:: blacklist nouveau.
    save the file, and open /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia-graphics-drivers.conf.
at the following and then save the file

                blacklist nouveau
                blacklist lbm-nouveau
                blacklist nvidia-173
                blacklist nvidia-96
                alias nvidia nvidia-current
Run the following as root

          sudo nvidia-xconfig,
          sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-nouveau,
         sudo shutdown -r now.

when you rester the computer probaply it will not work a pop-up windows say some options, select from the window
