'annotate' function displays incorrect revision dates

Bug Description
When in Eclipse, in a source file, right-click Team>Annotate
Then in left bar annotations are shown.
When hovering it displays: [<email address hidden> 369 Jun 4, 2010 12:20 PM]
However, in bzr qlog this revision number was made on 5/24/10 6:58 PM (24th of may 2010)
