Please sync librdf-trine-perl 0.137-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Seems like Debian is having some problems with changelogs at the moment, so let me just summarize the changes. I'm using this package actively and also submit patches now and then, so I know it well.

To 0.136 it was a number of feature additions, but none very intrusive. 0.137 is an important maintenance release with a number of
bug fixes and a reworked and updated test suite. It migrated to Debian testing just hours before the sync. So, this release really should
make it into precise, I hope you will sync it.
