Bug Description
Binary package hint: amarok
In edgy you could pause the listening of track by pressing windows+c, it was showed by right clicking on the amarok icon in the taskbar. Now this shortcut is gone and the text with right mouse click too but all the others, last track, next track and stop are still there and the shortcuts are working properly.

What may have happened was that the shortcut for pause was removed and replaced with Win+X for play_pause. That means Win+X will both pause and restart playing (unpause) the track. Since play_pause and pause are different shortcuts, it looks like the shortcut label was removed in the R-Click menu on the Amarok icon.
Can you try Win+X and see if it does the above mentioned action?
