bbdb-anniv.el is missing, so (require 'bbdb-anniv) etc. fails. It's in the orig tarball at http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/b/bbdb/bbdb_2.36.orig.tar.gz so it seems odd that it should not be included in the bbdb package.
