On breezy I can't install splay because it depends on libid3-3.8.3 which has been replaced by libid3-3.8.3c2

On breezy I can't install splay because it depends on libid3-3.8.3 which has been replaced by libid3-3.8.3c2. See below:

# apt-get install splay
[...]
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  splay: Depends: libid3-3.8.3 but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

# apt-get install libid3-3.8.3
[...]
However the following packages replace it:
  libid3-3.8.3c2
[...]

splay now depends on libid3-3.8.3c2; thus is now installable in Breezy
