Bug Description
in unity 5.0 from staging ppa when I disable the apps available for download from the gsettings it go away but the installed sections not expand by default and i have to expand it when i open the dash
i did disabled the apps available for download sections to save screen space why not to autoexpand by default ???

the app loading seems to take a fraction of time when expanded so that is one reason for it not being expanded when 'available to download' apps are disabled.
