Bug Description
This command will wrap the GDE utility to provide a simple listing of existing regions in an OpenVista database. It will optionally allow listing only journaled or unjournaled regions. This feature will mostly be used by other commands, e.g. by ovbackup for Bug #818307.
This command can later be expanded for other region-related operations, e.g. for Bug #818559.
