Increase/decrease buttons a little strange

Bug Description

For some reason, the gtk SpinnerButton buttons have gone a little strange in precise pangolin, with the defaul icon theme. Screenshot attached.

NB not sure whether to file this against the icon theme or lxscreenshot, but I can't find it in any other apps.

Should be a theme problem (i think is not present in any other app
because only some apps are gtk3)
