Still using admin group in /var/lib/polkit-1/localauthority/10-vendor.d/indicator-cpufreq.pkla, needs to be changed to sudo group

Bug Description

the current .pkla is using Identity=unix-group:admin, should be changed to Identity=unix-group:sudo to reflect the intent of the .pkla & prevent needless password prompts
