Unity 5.0: icons not highlited when mouse on the left side of the screen and dash open

Bug Description

When you open Dash, launcher icons are grayed out. When you move the mouse to the left, they are colored. But, when user have the mouse on the left side of the screen and press the super key, icons are grayed out even though the mouse is over them. User can move mouse out the launcher area and put it back to highlight the icons.

Steps to reproduce:

- Move your mouse to the left, reveal the launcher
- Press "Super" key.
- See that mouse is over launcher icons, Dash is opened, but icons are gray

What happens:
- Icons are gray

What should happen:
- Icons should be highlited when Dash is started and mouse is on the left edge of the screen

Hi! Even though your bug was first there is another bug that was filed. That was the one that got the attention. bug 973063.

So I'm going to mark this as a dupe since they're the same bug but the other one had branches linked to it. This bug has recently been fixed, too.
