not possible to enable mobile broadband on network manager

the option 'enable mobile broadband' is not possible to activate. It had been working fine for some weeks with a usb internet stick (Italy, Wind)

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Precise Pangolin.
