Oneiric update to 3.0.17 stable release

SRU Justification

    Impact:
       The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
       in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
       demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
       by originating either directly from Linus' tree or in a minimally
       backported form of that patch. The 3.0.17 upstream stable
       patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
       kernel as well.

@Herton: Where is this "fix committed" ubuntu kernel build with 3.0.17 upstream stable on Launchpad?

The lastest pre-proposed 3.0.x kernel (3.0.0-16.26~pre201201100400) is only built against 3.0.16 upstream stable kernel:

tekstr1der, a new build is now available on pre-proposed of kernel-ppa (linux - 3.0.0-16.26~pre201201140400). The update was commited in the master-next branch of git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-oneiric.git, when we start to prepare the next update we move the contents of master-next to master.
