Bug Description

Frequently, when I bootup and then go online when I click any link on the browser screen, Firefox stops, and also my computer locks up. Then I reboot into recovery mode, and choose "fix broken packages" (dpkg). Then I can browse ok for awile, then it frequently crashes again, forcing me to again going into recovery mode for a temporary fix.

An additional note here; it may be helpful to troubleshooting staff: I still have the same crash problem even if I use Chrome browser instead of Firefox.

What does this status change mean? What should I do now? I'm thinking maybe I should retro back to Lubuntu 11.10, but I'm not sure how to do that.
