Error converting from epub to mobi

I am trying to convert a epub file (created with Sigil - http://code.google.com/p/sigil/ ) to mobi
But this error appear

I have already checked the spine and is ok,

Because, with the same spine entry , I have already converted other epub files to mobi and no problem.
The problem is with this file

You have marked the only content file in your EPUB as a cover in the <guide>
section of the OPF. Remove that marking and your EPUB will convert.
