s3cmd info reports:

/usr/share/s3cmd/S3/CloudFront.py:129: FutureWarning: The behavior of this method will change in future versions. Use specific 'len(elem)' or 'elem is not None' test instead.
if not tree:

Attached patch resolves this for me.
