Bug Description

In order to encode device profile information we need support from the software-center-agent for debtags. All that needs to be done is that there is a new "tags" field in the json that is returned to the client and a new "tags" text entry in the database.
The initial UI can simply be a free form text entry but eventually should become a bunch of checkboxes that matches what the client supports. The strings will look like "hardware::opengl,hardware::input:multitouch"

I just discussed this with debtags upstream and for encoding a dvd-writer he would like to use "hardware::storage:cd" and "use::editing". Should not matter much for your at this point, but its a "warning" that multiple tags may be used. But given that we need multiple tags anyway to say "needs gps and dvd-writer" that should not be a prolbem.
