Bug Description
under xubuntu if that matters,
so the touchpad gets activated after the hibernation

Not only hibernation, even after suspending.
Note that when resuming from a suspend or hibernation, if the "disabla touchpad when mouse plugged" is enabled, touchpad-indicator should check whether the mouse is connected and enable/disable the touchpad accordingly, NOT just remember the status previous to suspend (which would be already an improvement over the current behavior, anyway), because the mouse may have been unplugged/plugged while the computer was suspended/ hibernated.
