Show Menubar switch in display preferences

Bug Description

In the display section of preferences, we need a switch or checkbox to enable/disable the menubar. When the menubar has been hidden, it is hard to find how to re-enable it. A switch in the display preferences should make this much easier for users who have perhaps accidentally disabled to menubar and now want it back..

u can already right click on many ui elements, toolbar, sidebar, contextview panel to show/hide the mains ui elements included the menubar. Isn't that enought?

There are two ui elements that you can right click to get that menu.
The AppMenu, and the Breadcrumbs bar. If you don't know that you have
to right click one of those two elements, it can be very difficult to
find them. I speak from experience ;)

If you could make it so that right clicking on anything in the toolbar gave the user that menu, that would work well too.

Firstly (assuming you are using Ubuntu with Unity), an option exists to toggle the Menubar under the View menu. The right-click functionality you mentioned also exists when right-clicking on the breadcrumbs bar or App Menu.

Secondly, Bug #917678 is relevant to this question because, at the time of this post, toggling the Menubar does nothing.

I actually use Marlin in a Pantheon testing environment.

Perhaps setting the ModeButtons to have this right click menu would
work. Then, everything on the toolbar could be right clicked to access
this menu. That would be more consistent.
