Panel`s "traces" when fast scrolling the bar

Bug Description

Reproducing:

1) Open InkScape
2) Press Ctrl+Shift+F to call "Fills and Stroke" panel (suppose you can use any panel)
3) Move the vertical scrollbar fast and you will see the traces of the panel:

Observed in: 0.48.2, 0.48+devel r10855
Not observed in 0.48, 0.48.1

OS: Windows XP Pro Sp2
