Bug Description
When using Unity (3D), pressing "Alt+Spacebar R" to resize a window only allows users to adjust the length OR the width.
If I press "Alt+Spacebar R" and adjust the length to where I want it and then tap the left or right arrow key to adjust the width, the adjustments I just made to the length vanish. That is, users are forced to adjust the Length and then the Width. Or the Width and then the Length. They can't adjust both in the same instance of "Alt+Spacebar R"
