Bug Description
When a user performs multiple calculations using the same input model the engine shall store it only the first time. For all subsequent calculations the input model must be recognized and used from the database.
In order to achieve this we need to store a md5 checksum in 'uiapi.input' for each input model file (after stripping off unneeded whitespace and comments?).
Please note: the config.gem file is *not* considered a part of the input model.
This capability is needed to support the following features: resuming of crashed calculations (bug #899047), presenting the available hazard results for a given input model in the new risk web/GIS UI.
Prerequisites: bug #809213, bug #914301
