openjdk-7-jre incorrectly depends on openjdk-6

Bug Description

default-jre and default-jre-headless packages have a strong dependency on corresponding openjdk-6 packages. This causes unwanted dependency chain: openjdk-7-jre -> libaccess-bridge-java-jni -> libaccess-bridge-java -> default-jre -> openjdk-6-jre.
