Allow to quote and/or RT

It should be great that gwibber permit to quote a "tweet", to permit to add comments to a "tweet", and to RT with comments.

What I mean, is to permit the user to edit its retweet, to add comments. As is done by others microblogging clients.

Tweetdeck gives a good example of this. You hit "Edit and RT" and you can quote/edit the tweet before sending it on.
