Bug Description

After doing a synaptic smart upgrade, I got the following error trying to run xmms:
libmikmod.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../sysdeps/generic/dl-tls.c: 72:
_dl_next_tls_modid: Assertion `result <= _rtld_local._dl_tls_max_dtv_idx' failed!

I was able to fix by simply installing libmikmod2, so it appears to be a simple
dependency problem.

I installed using the 4.10 Preview release and have done several upgrades since
then.
