Bug Description
Using current precise, it's easy to get:
- install a dbgsym for a package which has dbg in the archive (i.e nautilus-dbgsym)
- wget the dbg.deb
- sudo dpkg -i deb.dbg (should fail on a conflict)
- sudo apt-get -f install (should clean the dbg)
update-manager should only list nautilus-dbg to install

This appears to be a pretty common problem on dev boxes. I mark this for precise, we may need to back out this code.
