Bug Description
Freshly installed Kubuntu 11.10 (Oneric) system with all updates applied (akonadi-server 1.6.2-0ubuntu1) - I´ve tried this on two machines, one 32bit and one 64bit with identical results:
- Log in with a user that has his home directory on the local hard drive: Akonadi starts as expected
- Log in with a user that has his home directory on an NFS share that is mounted from a file server:
Akonadi crashes with a MySQL error, pointing to some access right problems.
WORKAROUND: Akonadi can be made to start by issuing the following command
sudo aa-complain mysqld-akonadi
sudo /etc/init.
This seems to confirm that this problem is related to Akonadi´s Apparmor rules.

Thank you for using Ubuntu and filing a bug. Can you attach your /var/log/kern.log file after you see the error? Thanks.
