Bug Description
The preferences can't be opened from the AppMenu.
The about dialog can't be opened by right clicking the terminal and choosing "About".
What should happen?
Preferences is openable both from AppMenu and from Preferences Dialog.
About is openable both from AppMenu and from Preferences Dialog.

I fixed the bug and I removed the Preferences and About MenuItems from the terminal's context menu
