kubuntu doesn't have xinput-all_ALL by default. It's created by scim and im-switch post installs. Kubuntu has neither installed by default. I think Ubuntu only has scim installed by default. Maybe the scim post install code should be moved to somewhere common such as libscim8c2a, or maybe skim should include similar post install code to scim?
