Bug #743850 solves dragging a playlist onto an existing playlist name in the sidebar.
Not yet done:
* Dragging a playlist on to the track table (to import into the current view)
* Dragging a playlist to the "Playlist" or "Crate" header to create a new playlist.
Dragging should work from within Mixxx (e.g. in Browse mode) or from an external file browser.
