Cannot get links to specific document sections

The is no way to provide a link to a specific section of a document. Clicking on a section in the index provides a URL that seems to contain the path to the desired section, but navigating to this link takes the user to the main index page.

E.g. clicking on a section provides a URL like "http://example.com/mydocument#mysection". But entering that URL into a browser does not go to "mysection" but to the main index page of the document.

This is an artifact (OK a wart) of the default html build customization layer.

Fortunately, doctemplate is designed to allow creation of your own customization layer (use the projects customization/ dir).
