The calculator doesn't recognize my numpad's comma button. It works everywhere else.

3) What you expected to happen
To be able to use my comma button on the numpad. All other buttons work, and the comma works in other programs.
I expect to insert a number, for an example: 19,91.
4) What happened instead
Nothing happens when I push the comma button. I get number 1991 instead.
