Backport requested because it contains a patch to retry cable data writes, which allows it to work with some data cables that it wouldn't have otherwise.

I personally just changed the version of the dependency. Surely it's
possible to either do that or backport the new version? I'm assuming
the changes between -1 and -3 would be small.

  * Bump version of libopenobex1-dev build dependency to 1.3-3 to get rid of
    the libusb dependency

The version bump was done to get rid of an erroneous dependency, which is not a terribly big point for Edgy... I will prepare a debdiff and also do a bit of testing with my phone.
