Bug Description

I downloaded an Ogg Vorbis [AO; aoTUV b4b 20051117] based on Xiph.Org's libVorbis)]: 104 kbps, 44100 Hz, stereo audio radio stream. Banshee does not play this file correctly: It has drop-outs of rather long durations (longer than 100 ms) while Audacious plays this file without objections.
I expect that Banshee will use a similar robust OGG decoder as Audacious.
