Bug Description
Scenario: Sloecode is set up under non-default URL path (done using mod_wsgi on Apache when serving under e. g. /sc/ root path rather than "/")
Steps to reproduce:
* go to project URL
* "Manage Project Users"
* updates some user/role
* click "Update Project" button
* BANG ---> Server redirects to wrong URL
(e. g. http://
Fixing the URL manually resolves the problem, but it's of course an annoying glitch in the UI.
