Bug Description
Unfortunately it's not clear to me what triggered this. Shortly before this error was recorded, I had cleared all session info (except 'website settings') off Firefox (using Ctrl-Shift-Delete). A kernel + X + drivers update has been installed recently but I haven't rebooted since.
