EMP Logic doesn't work properly with bombing run logic

Bug Description

Running Ares version 11.352.935 according to what is said in-game.

EMP weapons do not seem to work properly with the bombing run logic used on units like the ORCA Bomber from TS. Only the first bomb of the attack carries the EMP effect: the rest simply cause damage. Attachment has relevant code.

Can you launch Ares with the parameter "-LOG-EMP" and post the debug.log?

The attack was targeted at the foremost vehicle. The furthest back vehicles took damage from the EMP, but weren't disabled.
The spread of the EMPuls was adjusted to 5 to compensate for the bug.

The second EMP in the run was against a group of buildings and used a cell-spread 10 warhead. The third bomb in the run is also pictured, which should disable the green-circled buildings.
