Bug Description
User story:
As a SSO user, I want to delete a 2-f auth device so that I can ensure lost/stolen devices no longer have access to my account.
Details:
Add a button/link to allow an user to delete one of his registered 2-f devices, even if he only has 1 registered. The user should be prompted for confirmation before the device is deleted..
