Bug Description
It appears that email alerts on all communities have been reset to "Never" (see the screenshot from my profile). Even though the setting appears as "Never" though, I am still receiving email alerts for all the communities, so the setting doesn't appear to carry any weight. Could this a problem introduced by the addition of the date format selection?

No, it's most likely still correctly sitting there, but the form is displaying something wrong. You can ask Robert to confirm this by going into the database directly and checking your settings.
