likewise-open does not start with computer

Bug Description

After installing likewise-open using apt-get, it functions according to the Community Docs (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LikewiseOpen), however, on rebooting the server the likewise services are not all started correctly.

Installing via the package from BeyondTrust (http://www.beyondtrust.com/Technical-Support/Downloads/PowerBroker-Identity-Services-Open-Edition/) sets up Likewise to startup correctly on reboot.
